Over the last few weeks, I have carried out some research into this technology and discovered there has been extensive research carried out by Professor Zoe Shipton from the University of Strathclyde and Dr Jennifer Dickie, a senior lecturer in environment geography at the University of Stirling.

I have made contact with Dr Dickie and Professor Shipton for some guidance and I’m very grateful to them as they have given me incredibly useful advice.

I am pleased to say that Fallin Community Garden is an area identified with having potential for minewater thermal.
